The offered products comply with current French legislation. The liability of HebergTonServ cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services you intend to order.
Furthermore, HebergTonServ cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the improper use of the purchased product.
Finally, the liability of HebergTonServ cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including a service interruption, an external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
Subject to the elements provided by HebergTonServ, HebergTonServ does not intervene in the management of Content and prohibits accessing said Content for purposes other than the needs of the Services' execution.
HebergTonServ does not perform any control, validation, or updating of said Content. Likewise, HebergTonServ does not perform any specific backup of the Content stored in the context of the Services. It is therefore the responsibility of the Client to take all necessary measures to back up their Content to guard against the risks of loss or deterioration, regardless of the cause. The Content must be lawful and used in accordance with the rules of the art and the laws and regulations in force. Any use of illicit Content (such as dissemination, publication, storage, or transmission of Content of a pornographic nature, Content promoting or inciting crimes against humanity, acts of terrorism, pedophilia, anti-Semitism, racism, or others, or Content inciting hatred towards individuals based on their gender, religion, sexual orientation or identity, or disability) or unlawful or abusive use of Content (such as fraudulent use of content or use of Content in violation of rights belonging to third parties such as personality rights, copyright, patents, or trademarks or other intellectual property rights) in the context of the Services is prohibited and may result, at the discretion of HebergTonServ, in the immediate suspension of all or part of the Services provided under the Contract, deactivation of the Client's Account, and/or termination of the Contract to the detriment of the Client, without prejudice to the legal actions and compensation claims that HebergTonServ reserves the right to pursue.

The Client is informed about regulations concerning marketing communication, the Law of June 21, 2014, for Confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR No. 2016-679).
For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User's personal account and their navigation on the Site, the data controller for Personal Data is Yavuz KESKIN. https://hebergtonserv.fr is represented by Yavuz KESKIN, its legal representative.
As the data controller for the data it collects, https://hebergtonserv.fr commits to complying with the framework of the legal provisions in force. It is particularly the responsibility of the Client to establish the purposes of their data processing, to provide their prospects and clients, from the collection of their consents, with complete information about the processing of their personal data, and to maintain a register of processing operations in compliance with reality. Whenever https://hebergtonserv.fr processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which https://hebergtonserv.fr processes them.
https://hebergtonserv.fr may process all or part of the data:
to allow navigation on the Site and the management and traceability of services ordered by the user, connection and usage data of the Site, billing, order history, etc.

As soon as https://hebergtonserv.fr is informed of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from them, https://hebergtonserv.fr agrees to destroy their data, unless their retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.

However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client's Information is brought to the attention of https://hebergtonserv.fr, it must inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, https://hebergtonserv.fr does not collect any 'sensitive data'.
The Personal Data of the User may be processed by subsidiaries of https://hebergtonserv.fr and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective assignments and for the purposes mentioned above, the main persons likely to have access to the data of Users of https://hebergtonserv.fr are mainly the agents of our customer service.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all items (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). The shipping costs will be refunded based on the invoiced rate, and the return costs will be refunded upon presentation of receipts.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
